Rental Requests

Submitting a rental request does not guarantee approval, vehicle availability, or a confirmed reservation. Drive Loop may review your information, contact you for additional details, and approve or deny rental requests at its discretion.

Eligibility

Renters may be required to provide a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, payment method, and other information needed to verify eligibility. Additional requirements may apply before a vehicle is released.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicle listings, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. A rental is not confirmed until Drive Loop approves the request and all required documents, payments, and agreements are completed.

Payments and Deposits

Renters may be required to pay rental fees, deposits, late fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, tolls, tickets, or other charges related to the rental. Specific payment terms will be provided before or during the rental process.

Driver Responsibility

Renters are responsible for operating vehicles safely, legally, and in compliance with all rental terms. Renters are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, damage, misuse, unauthorized use, and any other charges related to their rental.

Insurance

Renters may be required to maintain valid insurance coverage. Drive Loop may request proof of insurance before approval or vehicle release.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Drive Loop (operated by MGX Management LLC) regarding rental applications, reservations, appointment scheduling, vehicle availability, rental reminders, account updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
